We use integrations to connect Tapistro and your organization's data sources. We connect to either fetch your intent data for processing and use in activations or to send the enriched data back to your org's data source.

The integrations let you effortlessly fetch and use first-party, second-party, and third-party intent data in real time from various sources, such as websites, G2, news, emails, and LinkedIn Ads.

Tapistro integrates with all the major external service providers to read, fetch, send, enrich data, or generate insights.

The benefits of using integrations are:

  • Modular, plug-and-play intent data. Modularize sources of information into unique and standalone constructs. These serve as a single source of truth (SSOT) through your entire GTM journey.

  • Make instant and easy updates. Standalone sources of information mean that you can make updates to your journey without bothering about complex edits. It makes upkeep easy.

A few sample use cases of integrations are:

  • You can connect to your CRM data in Salesforce to fetch the contacts list and the companies list into Tapistro, and then take orchestration actions such as creating sales notes, sending the list to LinkedIn for retargeting, or enriching data.

  • Connect with Slack to send real-time alerts of warm or hot leads, powered by lead scoring done in a Journey.

  • Connect with Smartlead as an email sequencer to send campaign data to Smartlead, such as a campaign ID, name, and email. Read campaign performance data from Smartlead, such as clicks and link open rate.

Types of integrations

You create the following entities in Tapistro to achieve the above:

  • Connections: Securely integrate with external tools and services that contain your org data and store credentials to connect when working on the information as you define in your GTM logic. Learn more.

  • Sources: Fetch intent data during your GTM logic executes as an orchestrated Journey. Learn more.

  • Destinations: Send or write the gathered information and enriched data at the end of a Journey to a service that stores your org's data. Learn more.

  • As an Account Destination:
