This Journey will help you automate social listening across LinkedIn to surface warm leads who are already engaging with your brand and ads. Instead of guessing who to target, you’ll know who’s actively showing interest.
Starting Signal: Engagement data from LinkedIn Ads such as clicks and impressions.
🔍 STEP 1
Capture & Unify Social Engagements
Connect your LinkedIn account to Tapistro.
Tapistro pulls paid media signals directly from LinkedIn Ads and uses this to gather all ads engagement data such as who engaged with your ad: Impressions and Clicks and performs discovery action on it.
🔍Step 2
Create a Source
For every Journey a Source is required to start the Journey. Here, you create the source basis the Journey use case you want to run in Tapistro.
Create a Source and give it a name. Provide an Origin Type value for the Source.
As the Source, select the LinkedIn Ads Engagement Ingest signal step and add your Ads account ID.
Name your Source " LinkedIn Ads Engagement" or anything appropriate.
This will ensure the ad account and Tapistro are connected.

🔍 STEP 3
Create a Journey
Log into Tapistro, go to the Journeys page, and select New Journey from the upper-right area.
In the Journey Canvas, provide a relevant name for your journey.
From the Type select Source Ingest.
From the Source ID bar, select the source you want to work with i.e the LinkedIn Ads Engagement Source created in step 1.

Tapistro AI agents to record Ads clicks and Impressions
Capture signals for when people engage with your ad.
Setup an AI agent with target on Account to record clicks:
Use evaluation config type: Account Calculated Attribute
Follow the steps to build the expression-
Expression - SUM((payload->>'clicks')::BIGINT)
In the Aggregate on Object select signal as this is an Ads signal data coming in the Tapistro system.
Similarly,
Setup an AI agent with target on Account to record impressions:
Use evaluation config type: Account Calculated Attribute

Run these signals through your CRM to:

Exclude competitors or internal employee activity.

Enrich all engaged profiles and companies with Tapistro’s 20+ enrichment datapoints:

Buying Group Expansion
Find additional stakeholders within the same accounts for different titles in your ICP
Name the step with a relevant title, like "Person Search.”
Config type: Select Person Search.
Persona ID: Choose the appropriate persona created for this journey.
Search Source such as TheSwarm, Wiza etc.
Add Work Email Validation using tools such as NeverBounce, ListClean, or Hunter to ensure email accuracy by cleaning and verifying contacts.

Trigger orchestrated, multi-channel actions based on rules or manual review:

In Tapistro we define activation in Destinations. Follow these steps:
Config Type: Select Destination.
Destination: Choose the Destination for this journey via the list.
Save your journey and review.

Campaign Details: Enter other campaign information such as Sequence Name
