Activated accounts are those accounts for which not only a signal is received, but also an outreach is conducted, or any interaction with an external system occurs. For example, an email with an offer is sent to people who have shown a positive interest by engaging with your brand.
The Activations report provides a list of the activations that happen in Tapistro. In this report, you can view a filtered list of specific accounts and the people who have been activated. You can find out which journey the activations are part of. Also, you can download the complete or a part of the report as a CSV file, say, for further analysis in a third-party system.
Log in to the Tapistro app and go to the Activations report page from the left sidebar.
A: Gear icon to select the columns that you want to view
B: Time range filter. Use preset time ranges or specify the exact time and date to use as a filter.
C: View the list of activations for a specific journey, click the filter icon and select the journey. Remove all filters by selecting Restore Default Filters option.
D: Export the search results as a local CSV file.
E: View the report in full-screen mode.
To view all activation details of a specific account, follow these steps:
Select the account from the list of accounts on the main page of the Activations report.
View the Summary tab of the account and the details fetched using different connections.
To see the specific people associated with this account but not necessarily activated, select the Persons tab. You can use the usual UI options to filter the list of persons and search for specific people in the list.
To see the signals received for the account, view the Signals tab. The usual filters let you search for and filter the list for specific signals.
To see all the activations in the account, select the Activations tab.
