Accounts are the organizations that B2B companies sell to. Tapistro populates list of accounts based on your search criteria and activates the accounts that matches your journey configuration. Accounts reports provide detailed analysis of the accounts for which signals are received by Tapistro.
A few typical use cases fulfilled by Accounts reports are:
Check accounts for which signals are received after running a campaign.
Check accounts that got activated as those accounts met some criteria that you defined in some journey.
Check the list of accounts in a specific journey that are activated.
Export the complete list of activated accounts in a specific time period for analysis or reporting in a third-party system.
Check all accounts originating from a specific source.
For you to easily find the list of relevant accounts, we provide accounts information in the following two UIs:
Accounts page: All the accounts at the top-level are listed in app.tapistro.com/accounts.
Individual Journey pages: The accounts related to a specific journey are listed in that journey’s page under app.tapistro.com/journeys.
The two stages of accounts that you can use to filter the accounts on are:
Signal received: Signals are received in Tapistro based on the activation path that you define in a journey.
Activated: Activated accounts are the ones for which not only a signal is received but an outreach is also done or any interaction with any external system is done. For example, an email with an offer is sent to the persons who show a positive intent to engage with your brand.
The accounts report UI provides you the following ways to filter the list of accounts:
Date range of account creation: Select a relative or absolute range of time to view the Accounts created during that time range.
Relative time when signal was received: Click the filter icon and select a relative time range when the signal was received to view accounts.
Source-based filter: Click the filter icon in the upper-right corner of the Accounts report UI, click Sources, and select one or more sources.
Full-text search in accounts: Use the search field to search for accounts containing a specific search string. It is a full-text search that searches for the string across information presented in all the columns (even if the column is hidden from reports UI).
When viewing the report, you can select the information of each account that you want to view by showing or hiding the columns. To do so, click the gear icon in the top-left corner of the Accounts report UI and select the relevant columns.
You can export the filtered list of accounts to a CSV format. All columns are available in the export, irrespective of which ones are displayed on the reports page.
For a particular account, you can view a profile page that contains accounts details. You use the account details to,
View a summary of a complete account.
Find persons associated with a specific account.
Know about the activations done by your journey.
