Understand solution tasks and user flow

In Tapistro, the typical flow that you will follow is described below.

You define what signals must be collected and their sources. You start with creating Connections to the supported services, CRMs, or channels that Tapistro uses as a source of information.

You also define filters and conditions to help us separate the useful information from the noise. Then, you create Personas and AI Agents that let you to fetch people or account details and filter those based on your pre-defined criteria to improve the signal quality to noise ratio.

You use the above to create different Journeys that orchestrate your GTM projects. To do so, you create Journeys using connections, personas, and attributes, to generate the information you want to use or to let the solution act on your behalf using this information.

Thus, you start with an ICP, intent, and your business definitions and generate actionable information using AI-driven automation.
