What the Lemlist integration does
Lemlist is available in Tapistro as a Destination. Once connected, you can push people from a Journey directly into a Lemlist campaign for cold email outreach. Tapistro creates the lead in your campaign if it's new, or updates it if it already exists.
If someone unsubscribes from a Lemlist campaign, Tapistro syncs the unsubscribe in real time at both the Account and Contact level, so they're excluded from further outreach. See Unsubscribes sync in real time below.
Connect Lemlist
Go to Connections in Tapistro and select Lemlist.
Paste your Lemlist API key. You can find it in Lemlist under Settings > Integrations > API.
Save the connection. Tapistro validates the key automatically by checking access to your campaigns, so an invalid key is caught at setup.
Use Lemlist in a Journey
Open your Journey and add a Destination step.
Select Lemlist.
Pick the campaign from the dropdown. Tapistro fetches your campaign list live from Lemlist, so you don't need to copy campaign IDs.
Map the fields you want to send. Along with standard fields like name and email, you can push custom variables to personalize your Lemlist sequences with Tapistro data, such as intent signals or account attributes.
When the Journey runs, every person who reaches the Destination step is added to the selected campaign with the mapped fields, and existing leads are updated with the latest values.
Unsubscribes sync in real time
When a contact or account unsubscribes in Lemlist, the Lemlist Connection syncs the unsubscribe list to Tapistro immediately and suppresses that contact or account from further Lemlist-based outreach. There is no batch sync to wait for, so a Journey that runs right after an unsubscribe already respects it.
Contact level: unsubscribed contacts are excluded from future Lemlist Destination steps.
Account level: accounts on the Lemlist unsubscribe list are excluded the same way.
No configuration is needed. The sync is active for every Lemlist Connection.
