A Brand Context is a single place to store what your outreach needs to sound like your brand: what you sell, your positioning and proof points, and the tone and rules of how you communicate. You build it once and reuse it across content generation, so you do not re-enter the same brand details in every campaign.
A campaign draws on three kinds of context. Prospect context comes from the Unified Prospect Profile. Campaign context is the objective and offer you set in the content generation AI Agent. Brand context is the durable information about your brand, and that is what you set up here.
What a Brand Context holds
A Brand Context builds two things from the materials you add:
Brand knowledge: what you sell, your audience, your positioning, and your proof points.
Brand voice: the tone, rules, and structure of how you communicate.
Tapistro reads everything you add, summarises it, and keeps both available for the content generation AI Agent to use.
Create a Brand Context
Log in to Tapistro and select Brand Context from the left navigation.
Create a new Brand Context and give it a name that identifies it later, for example the product, service, or campaign it supports.
Open the Content tab and use Add Content to add your brand materials under Brand Materials. You can add pasted text, uploaded files, and URLs (see the next section).
Tapistro reads the materials and builds a summary of your brand knowledge and brand voice. Review it in the Summary tab.
Add or remove materials at any time. The summary reflects the current set of materials.
Add your brand materials
Under Add Content, you can provide any mix of the following:
Pasted text: positioning notes, messaging rules, structure, and examples of outreach that works for you.
Uploaded files: decks, one-pagers, sales assets, and marketing material.
URLs: product and service pages or other online resources about your brand.
Add the URLs for the specific product or service a campaign is about so the generated messages stay grounded in exactly what you are selling.
Use a Brand Context in a content generation AI Agent
A Brand Context is applied when the content generation AI Agent writes your outreach:
Create or open a Person content generation AI Agent. For the full setup, see Generate personalized messages for outreach using AI Agents.
Select your saved Brand Context from the Brand Context dropdown.
In the Goals field, keep the campaign-specific details: the objective, the offer, and the call to action for this send. The agent combines your brand knowledge and voice with the person and account details and this campaign context.
Use Preview to check the output for a sample person before you use the AI Agent as a step in a Journey.
The same Brand Context can be selected in any content generation AI Agent, so it carries across campaigns without being rebuilt.
Tips
Build one Brand Context you reuse across campaigns. Create separate ones only when the brand knowledge genuinely differs, such as a distinct product line.
Keep durable information (positioning, proof points, voice) in the Brand Context. Keep per-send details (offer, angle, CTA) in the agent Goals field.
Review the Summary after adding materials to confirm it represents your brand the way you want.
Richer, specific materials produce more specific output. Add real examples of outreach that has worked for you.
