This Journey helps you discover and segment employees by location enabling territory-based routing and geo-specific outreach.

THE PROBLEM-

When enriching a lead list or running a buying group expansion, you often need to segment persons by location - whether to match with your regional sales reps lists, target geo-specific campaigns, or analyze prospect distribution across territories.

For example:

  • You’ve uploaded a list of leads or accounts

  • You want to find additional decision-makers

  • But split lists by country or region such as APAC, EMEA, LATAM, etc.

5 ways to engage, train and develop a global workforce -

🔗 STEP 1

Upload or Enrich List
For any person-level or company-level lead lists you upload, Tapistro does enrichment for the data and performs person discovery.
To upload, currently contact Tapistro team. Once upload is done Tpaistro performs Person and Account Discovery.


🧩 STEP 2
Tapistro Enriches Location-Level Data


Tapistro identifies the city, state, country, and the HQ office location of each contact -from multiple sources that are integrated in the system.

🧠 Objective: Attach accurate location data to each contact for downstream segmentation.

Filter and segment by Geography

Apply location filters based on your GTM structure:

  • Region-based (e.g., North America, APAC, EMEA)

  • State/province-based for U.S. territory mapping - based on different regions within a country route the enriched lists to different SDR's or use this information in personalizing outreach.

  • HQ vs others - these segmentation enable specific use cases such as in-person or on-call SDR outreach, region specific offers etc.

Group & Split Lists per Region

Automatically split enriched lists into regional segments:

  • Route to regional AEs or SDRs

  • Load into geo-specific campaigns

  • Sync with territory-assigned Salesforce queues or Slack channels

🚀 STEP 5 (Optional)
Person Count

Use Tapistro’s Person Count feature to count number of employees in a location

  • 📥 Push regional leads to reps in CRM

  • In type filed select Person Count

  • In locations, select the location for which you want to count the employees eg: US, India etc.

🧠 Objective: Calculate employee count for lead scoring, SDR routing or any GTM decisions.

Activate Region-Based Outreach

Use Tapistro’s integrations or exports to:
